Submissions for Issue One have now closed, and we are currently in the shortlisting stage.

The volume and quality of work we’ve received has been remarkable. It has made the process both exciting and, at times, difficult there are far more pieces we would like to publish than we can realistically include. Each decision is being made with care as we shape the final issue.

As we move toward final selections, we’re also beginning to plan how the work will be presented beyond the page. Alongside published pieces, we hope to include short creator features , brief reflections or interviews with contributors. Where possible, and depending on comfort levels, we may also explore video conversations as a way to create a more direct connection between writers, artists, and readers.

Our aim is not only to publish strong work, but to build a space where that work can be engaged with more fully.

We are currently working toward finalising our shortlist by March 28, with a cover reveal to follow shortly after.
